Our Services

We specialise in three key areas: Project Management, Commercial Management and Management Consultancy.  Although each is a separate discipline, many of our commissions require elements of more than one service and we pride ourselves in providing the optimum mix so as to maximise value.

Management  Consultancy - all organisations benefit from objective, independent advice and support.  Widbrook Consulting are able to boost  Clients’ performance with a range of services including research; business case development; risk management; competence assessment; organisational change initiatives; project review and critical problem solving.  We aim to deliver tangible benefits by providing experienced and practical advice across the fields of business process, organisational structure and management information.

Commercial Management - our services encompass the full range of commercial activity including development agreements; supply chain analysis and procurement strategies; prequalification of suppliers; contract design and drafting; managing invitations to tender; tender assessment and negotiation; contract management; dispute management and final accounts.  In addition to providing direct services, we also provide guidance on setting up commercial management systems and undertake project reviews / due diligence to identify and manage commercial risk.

Project Management - successful projects, be they capital investments or organisational change, require clear definition, good quality planning and the right level of financial and other resources.  Coupled with this is a need for effective communication and stakeholder management and a disciplined approach to monitoring, reporting, risk mitigation and problem solving.  Widbrook Consulting provides a range of services from advice on setting up a project management framework for your projects through health checks at critical stages to a full service from inception to completion.

We work for our Clients either by providing a fully inclusive service, by supplementing their existing teams or on an interim management basis.
